Sacramento!

Greetings friends, and holla back (girl) from the west coast! ohmygod I am so glad to be out of DC, which vanessa very aptly described (weatherwise) as like being inside a walrus's asshole. mmmuggy! That, and a week of feeling like big time social, physical and mental shit? Kind of sucks. But, DC ended on a good note. Namely, my team got second place (out of 6) in the mock-campaign presentations, I took a 3am trip to the monuments!, am running on a segmented 4 hours of sleep for some 48 hours and in employment heaven! That's because I'm typing this up from the home of the VP and Political Director of Planned Parenthood of California! And, of course, she's a really awesome woman, and I'm within a very determined geographic reach of Nat AND Pam. After a few weeks here in Sacramento I might be shifting down to LA, at which point I will deeeeemand their presences.
Oh, and her cat's name is Dorothy Parker. I don't like prince at all, but that's fucking awesome! That, and the food - again, thank fucking god for being back on the west coast!!
